Information on this site is general and may change. It is not a promise that a particular service, delivery date or result will be available to every prospective client.

No guaranteed outcomes

Creative quality can influence attention and clarity, but Mik&Mate does not guarantee views, follower growth, leads, advertising performance, sales or revenue. Outcomes depend on many factors outside the edit itself.

Your footage and rights

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to share and use footage, music, logos, testimonials and other materials provided to Mik&Mate. Specific ownership and usage rights for paid work will be set out in the applicable services agreement.

Website intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Mik&Mate name, visual identity, website copy, design and original materials on this site may not be reproduced or presented as your own without written permission.

This site may link to third-party platforms. Mik&Mate does not control their availability, privacy practices or content.

To the extent permitted by law, Mik&Mate is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
