We may collect your name, work email, company or brand, website and social links, content goals, footage status, expected volume, budget range, deadlines and any other information you choose to include in an enquiry.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to assess your content, prepare the free audit, respond to you, decide whether Mik&Mate is a suitable partner and improve our enquiry process. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and international handling

The site may use website hosting, form, spreadsheet, email and analytics providers. Those services may process information outside Australia. The final public version of this policy will identify the providers actually connected at launch.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only as long as it is reasonably needed for follow-up, business records and legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure.
